Position Summary

The Admissions Operations Coordinator supports the admissions office by ensuring the smooth operation of application and enrollment processes. This role is responsible for executing technical processes, managing data integrity, and assisting in maintaining the admissions CRM and SIS systems. This position collaborates with the admissions team and other stakeholders to provide efficient support and ensure accurate communication throughout the application and enrollment process.

Reports to: Associate Director of Admissions, Operations

Education Required

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking skills

Duties

Admissions Operations

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of admissions data in CRM and SIS systems.
  • Support the documentation and organization of critical processes related to admissions technology.
  • Provide general support for data reporting and enrollment management initiatives.

CRM Software System Management

  • Help manage the Admissions CRM via automation development, contact imports, data cleanup, etc.
  • Help train outside offices in the Admissions CRM as other offices implement the system.

Other Responsibilities

  • Develop email campaigns and workflows for Admissions Recruitment efforts.
  • Help maintain consistent coverage at the front desk of the welcome center.
  • Other duties as assigned.
