Clara Ward School of Nursing Faculty

Position Summary

The Bryan College Clara Ward School of Nursing is embarking on an exciting adventure in nursing education and we are seeking dynamic, Christ-loving faculty to join us on this journey.  We are launching a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in the Dayton, TN area.  The coursework will be taught onsite, with labs, simulation, and testing offered in our state-of-the-art Nursing Center on the Bryan Campus.  Clinical experiences will be scheduled in partnership with local and regional healthcare providers. The first nursing courses will be offered in Fall, 2023.

Reports to: Dean, Clara Ward School of Nursing

Education Required

Experience Required

• Have a vibrant, growing faith in Jesus Christ
• Have an earned graduate degree in nursing — preferably with a specialty in nursing education or a clinical area
• Have two years of teaching experience in nursing education
• Have at least three years of direct client care experience as an RN
• Be able to practice as an RN or APRN in Tennessee
