Position Summary

Bryan College is seeking a driven, relational, and results-focused Enrollment Specialist to serve as a front-line representative of the college. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting students to Christ-centered education while meeting recruitment goals and executing a strategic admissions process. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for actively engaging prospective students, converting inquiries to applicants, and applicants to enrolled students—all while championing the mission and values of Bryan College.

Reports to: Assistant Director of Admissions

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Socially confident and persuasive communicator
  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or ministry strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet goals
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Duties

  • Meet and Exceed Enrollment Goals:
    Strategically recruit prospective students by effectively managing a recruitment territory and achieving measurable goals for inquiries, applications, campus visits, and enrollments.
  • Own the Recruitment Funnel:
    Move students through the admissions pipeline with urgency and intention by building authentic relationships and using every available channel—calls, texts, emails, video, and social media—to connect and follow up.
  • Be a Mission-Driven Influencer:
    Clearly communicate the value of a Bryan College education—spiritually, academically, and professionally—to students and their families in one-on-one conversations, presentations, and written communication.
  • Actively Travel and Engage Key Audiences:
    Represent Bryan College at college fairs, high school visits, church events, and other recruitment functions. Build rapport not just with students, but with their influencers—parents, counselors, pastors, and coaches. (Seasonal overnight travel is required.)
  • Conduct Impactful Financial Aid Conversations:
    Confidently guide families through affordability discussions, helping them understand scholarship and aid opportunities to reduce financial barriers to enrollment.
  • Execute High-Impact Campus Visit Experiences:
    Conduct individual meetings, present to groups, and provide personalized campus tours that convert interest into commitment.
  • Track, Report, and Optimize:
    Maintain detailed records in the CRM system to monitor progress toward goals, capture student data, and track communication history. Use data to adjust strategy and maximize effectiveness.
  • Contribute to Team Success:
    Collaborate cross-functionally with faculty, coaches, and staff to support recruitment efforts. Be a supportive, engaged team member with a can-do mindset.
  • Be Flexible and Mission-Focused:
    Participate in events that may occur during evenings and weekends. Support the college’s broader goals and take on special assignments as needed.
