| Spring Break | March 11-17, 2024 | Spring Break begins Monday, March 11. Access cards will be deactivated Friday, March 8 at 5:00 and lunch on Friday will be the last meal available at the dining hall until Monday March 18. Since residence halls are closed for breaks longer than 2 days, all students who are not required, but wish to remain on campus after Friday, March 8 must complete a Request to Stay on Campus Form. Students may be allowed to stay in the dorm without additional charges if they live 500+ miles away from Bryan College or are required to stay for an official College-sponsored event. Students who are not required to stay and live closer than 500 miles away may request to stay on campus for $35 per day with a maximum charge of $200. (See Campus Resident Policy for more info and fee structure.) All staff offices will be closed on campus Friday, March 15. |
| Easter Break | March 29-31, 2024 | Dorms will remain OPEN. However, NO campus dining will be available. All campus offices will be closed on Friday, March 29. |
| Summer Break | May 4, 2024 | ALL RESIDENT STUDENTS - Non-Graduating AND Graduating students - are required to be out of the dorm no later than 4 PM on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Students who have not vacated their rooms by the designated time will be subject to a fine. |
