Under the direction of the Residence Life Staff, residence hall life plays a major role in the educational process. Each student is challenged to increase social skills, make new and lasting relationships, examine new ideas, learn new skills, and adjust to new and different situations and people.

Stephen was born and raised in Southeast Tennessee. He earned a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication in 2017, and an MBA in Marketing in 2019 — both from Bryan College. Prior to stepping into his new role, Stephen served as the Resident Director for Long Residence Hall and the Assistant Coach for the Men's Soccer team.
In addition to taking every opportunity to jump in a game of pickup basketball or soccer, Stephen loves spending time in the outdoors. It's not rare to see him out on the lake fishing, hiking in the region's mountains, or on vacation in search of a new ski resort.
Stephen is passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and making His name known globally, locally, and here on campus. He loves serving others in practical ways & loves interacting with and developing students.
Josh Watkins lived in Woodlee-Ewing long before he became the Area Coordinator. Prior to his time at Bryan, Josh filled two roles at North Georgia Technical College. He served most recently as Student Navigator in the Student Affairs Department to increase retention rates and student success. Josh worked as Outreach Coordinator for the Adult Education Department before receiving a job invitation in Student Affairs. He enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with extended family.
Jen moved from the beaches of Florida to the Tennessee mountains in 2016 to get her bachelor's degree in Psychology at Bryan College. She fell in love with student development while working as an RA at Bryan. After graduating in 2019, she moved to Pine Mountain, Georgia to work on the residence life team at impact360. During this time, she got her master's degree in Pastoral Counseling: Marriage and Family.

Rebecca completed her undergraduate degree in Christian Ministry/Worship Arts at Bryan in May 2021. She is currently pursuing a Master's of Art in Management and Leadership. She married her husband, Blake, in May.
They love having friends over for dinner and game nights, and they both enjoy hiking and playing music together. Rebecca is a lover of avocados, she hates driving, and her favorite TV show is criminal minds. Rebecca has lived on the base floor of all three female dorms on campus.
Katrina is pursuing a degree in Corporate Communication and Politics & Government. She loves traveling and adventuring, finding good deals at garage sales, talking about finding good deals at garage sales, spending time in nature, watercolor painting, and expressing her deep-rooted passion for any and all things Norwegian.
Katrina was born in Minnesota but has lived in Kentucky since the age of 6, so she calls the Bluegrass State home (sorry to all the Vols fans out there). Her parents and four younger siblings currently live out in the country on 11 acres with two horses, two goats, too many cats & chickens, and a Great Pyrenees dog that looks like a mini polar bear. Katrina lived in Arnold her freshman year at Bryan and is so excited to come back to her "roots." She can't wait to see what God has planned for the dorm!
Christian is from Greenbrier, Tennessee, and is working on finishing up his Master's Degree in Christian Leadership. He played soccer at Bryan for four years, was part of the Worldview Initiative, the Residence Life team, and the Honor's Program.
Christian loves sitting down with friends while watching sports or playing games. He is a die-hard Nashville SC fan and will watch any SEC game if you put it on in front of him. Christian just moved back to Bryan from living in Washington over the last year. He's excited that the Lord has led him back to Bryan to be the Resident Director in Long Hall, and it is his hope that during the school year, we will see his Kingdom better here on campus. Christian hopes that everyone on campus will learn more of what it looks like to glorify God and enjoy who He is!
