Bryan College welcomes several new Faculty Fellows to its academic community for the 2026–2027 academic year. These appointments strengthen academic programs across multiple departments and support the college’s commitment to Christ-centered education.
Faculty Fellows teach up to 12 credit hours each year while supporting students and academic departments. The program gives students access to knowledgeable instructors and personalized classroom experiences. It also serves as a pathway for many faculty members who later join Bryan College in full-time teaching roles.
“We are very excited to be welcoming new Faculty Fellows across several departments this academic year,” said Dr. Samuel Youngs, Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences. “A Faculty Fellow teaches a half-time load of classes, contributing massively to departmental needs and students’ experiences.”
Joining the Bryan College faculty this year as Fellows are Mr. Nathan Massey, Faculty Fellow in Education; Mr. Eli McGowan, Faculty Fellow in Communications; and Dr. Kassidy Gaylor, Faculty Fellow in English. Dr. Gaylor will also serve as head coach of the women’s basketball team.
Bryan College also announces that Dr. Paul Boling will serve as Senior Faculty Fellow. After many years as a full-time member of the Christian Studies department, he will continue teaching and mentoring students in this new role.
Faculty Fellows play an important role in the Bryan College classroom. They invest in students, strengthen academic departments, and help provide a high-quality educational experience. Their work reflects Bryan College’s mission of educating students to become servants of Christ who make a difference in today’s world.
