September 10, 2015 – At the beginning of the month another ranking was released by Christian Universities Online (CUO) revealing the “50 Most Affordable Christian Colleges and Universities of 2015-2016.” Bryan College placed at an impressive no. 15.
Director of Financial Aid David Haggard commented, “Private college tuition continues to increase every year. The average private institution was priced at over $31,000 last year. Bryan is 30% more affordable than other similar schools. Choosing one of over 40 programs at Bryan allows a student to earn a valuable degree and saves their family over $36,000 even before generous scholarships and grants are factored in.”
According to CUO editor Michael Templeton, “The ranking was based upon publicly available ‘net price’ tuition data. Average net price is defined as ‘subtracting the average amount of federal, state/local government, or institutional grant or scholarship aid from the total cost of attendance.’”
