R. Kent and Margie Mann Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship Description

1. The Scholarship will benefit one or more students who meet the following criteria:
   • The recipient must be a rising Junior or Senior
   • Recipient must be fully admitted to the Nursing program and pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
   • Recipient must maintain a 3.0 grade point average on a scale of 4.0
   • Students must be in good standing with the College according to the Community Life Standards Handbook
   • Student must have demonstrated financial need
2. Once a student is selected as a recipient of the R. Kent and Margie Mann Scholarship, the scholarship will be available to renew provided:
   • The student remains in good standing with the College according to the Community Life Standards Handbook
   • The student maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA
   • The student is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
   • The student has demonstrated financial need
3. Awarded funds will not be given directly to the recipients; rather, the college business or financial aid office will credit recipients’ tuition and fee expenses each semester.
