Biography
Annette Watt served as an adjunct online instructor for Bryan College since 2011 before joining the faculty as Assistant Professor of Music, specializing in voice and choir in 2022. As a student at Bryan, Mrs. Watt was a Presidential Scholar who studied with Dr. David Luther, graduating with a BA in Music in Vocal Performance. She earned a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where she studied under Dr. Angela Cofer. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at William Carey University. Mrs. Watt has enjoyed teaching music at all levels from preschoolers to adults. Her experience ranges from public and private schools as well as church staff positions. In whatever type of classroom or choir setting, Mrs. Watt‘s goal is that knowing more about music will draw others closer to God and enable them to worship Him more actively.
