David Haggard has been working in student financial aid since 2001 after he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University). Since then he has earned his Master’s in Higher Ed Administration from Temple University (PA) and has served in three private colleges before coming to Bryan in 2011. It is David’s desire to serve Christ by assisting students to make faith-based higher education affordable. David has three children; Jordyn, Josiah, and Dakota and he operates a non-profit, Blazing Hope Ranch, with his wife Jolien.
