A Michigan native, Dr. Eric Williams began his studies at Boyce College in Louisville, Kentucky, where he met his wife, Amanda. Following his call to ministry, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from The Moody Bible Institute. After five years of serving in various ministry contexts, he planted a church in Sparta, Tennessee, and has served as its lead pastor for the past eleven years. While leading the church, Dr. Williams completed both his Master of Divinity and his Ph.D. in Bible Exposition from Liberty University. His interests in Christian Studies include preaching, hermeneutics, biblical theology, and practical ministry. Eric and Amanda have been married for seventeen years and have three beautiful, happy girls.
