Katie Harris (PAA – Level 1 Flute)

Biography

Ms. Katie Harris recently graduated from Bryan College with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in music. Growing up she was surrounded by music. Both of her parents are gospel singers and her dad serves as their church’s music minister. Ms. Harris has played the flute since 5th grade and has been a part of several concert bands. She was a member of her high school’s marching band. Throughout college and currently, she has participated as a member of the Dayton Community Orchestra. Ms. Harris has a passion for music and loves to share Christ through it. Her prayer is that she can share her love for music and for playing for Christ with her
students.
