Biography
Dr. Pacurari has served at Bryan College since 2016. He earned his B.A. in Christian Ministry from Bryan College in 2011, his M.A. in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014, and his Ph.D. in Leadership – Student Personnel Services from the University of the Cumberlands in 2024. His research focuses on understanding how generational perspectives shape leadership approaches in higher education administration. As Vice President of Student Services and Enrollment Management, Nick oversees Student Life (including Campus Life, Residence Life, Counseling Services, and Campus Ministries), Academic Support Services (encompassing Academic Advising, Coaching, Tutoring/Testing, and Career Services), and Admissions. His work centers on fostering student success through comprehensive support services while leading strategic enrollment initiatives.

- Coming of Age: Leadership Behaviors of Millennial Senior Student Affairs Officers (SSAO) examines leadership approaches of higher education administrators from the Millennial generation as they assume senior roles in student affairs. His research focuses specifically on understanding how generational perspectives influence leadership behaviors and decision-making in postsecondary administration. Through quantitative analysis of leadership styles, Dr. Pacurari's work provides insights into succession planning and professional development as institutions experience significant leadership transitions.
