Position Summary

The Associate Director at Bryan College Online leads, supervises, and trains the Admissions team, who handle the recruitment, admission, advising, and enrollment of students for the online programs. Additionally, this position manages program analysis, enhances processes, and executes, reports on, and administers organizational objectives to align with the mission and vision. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management, the Associate Director plays a crucial role in the college’s online operations.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree


  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Enrollment Management to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to online programs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online admissions process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
  • Lead a team of recruiters, academic advisors, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Analyze enrollment data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Represent the institution at recruitment events, conferences, and other relevant forums to promote online programs and build relationships with prospective students and partners.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and program coordinators to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and program offerings.
  • Stay abreast of developments and best practices in online education and admissions, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our processes and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Enrollment Management or other senior administrators.


The Associate Director of Bryan College Online will supervise all BCO staff including recruiters, support staff, and academic advisors.
