Outreach Ministries

Find Your Purpose

We have ministries dedicated to serving the Bryan campus, the town of Dayton, the city of Chattanooga, and around the world. Our ministries and partnerships are dedicated to children, older adults, and everyone in between. Outreach is a big deal on our campus, and there is nothing more rewarding than serving with your friends!

Campus Ministries

Advocate. Invest. Restore.

ENGAGE exists to develop a lifestyle of Christ-like service in all Bryan students by partnering with our community to make the hope of Christ known to those in need. We believe in advocating for the vulnerable members of our community, investing in the next generation, and seeking to bring restoration to those who feel outcast and forgotten. With Jesus as our example, we engage our world through service by joining with local church and nonprofit leaders to build lasting relationships and meet real community needs.

Plenty of people want to change the world, but few understand how to do it. Break for Change challenges students to give up one of their school breaks to be a part of change. Each trip has a specific focus that reveals how change actually happens as students serve with long-term missionaries who are doing amazing work for the Kingdom.

Students and faculty set aside a normal class day to instead serve the individuals of Rhea County. Organizing historical documents for the museum, clearing brush from family farms, painting offices for the Women’s Care Center, providing fellowship for the elderly–these services are all accomplished in an effort to show Christ’s love to the local world around Bryan College.

Devotion serves the body of Christ by providing rich worship experience for churches and other ministries. This traveling worship team is comprised of students who lead corporate worship through song, Scripture, prayer, testimony, and other creative vehicles.

Bryan College has been and continues to be the amazing place where lives are transformed both spiritually and intellectually. I love working here now as much as I loved being a student 30+ years ago!
