Discrimination, Harassment & Misconduct Policy (Title IX)
The Bryan College Title IX Office addresses concerns arising under a variety of federal and state laws, codes, and regulations. We use “Bryan College Title IX Office” to refer generally to its function of pursuing equal access to education for a variety of persons and to addressing concerns of violence, etc., even though this does not all relate to Title IX proper. Title IX investigations and adjudication that are subject to different penalties, policies, and legislation as indicated in the statutes and regulations, are dealt with separately where appropriate.

Please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions regarding the process for filing or investigating complaints of discrimination, including sexual harassment. The victim of discrimination or harassment is encouraged to use the college’s internal complaint process.
