What do you like about being a resident director at Bryan:  Seeing freshmen come in so young and watching them leave as ladies after their time here. The way they grow and change and having a small part in the process! Having the opportunity to live with students and being involved in their lives. Seeing what God can do in students through the good and the bad and walking with them in the process.

Best residence life memory from college: I was involved in campus ministry and college was a time of a lot of personal growth and finding out who I was. Well there was this night where I might have been involved in a fellow student getting duct taped to the flag pole...as I recall she never really liked me much after that!

Any random fact about yourself: I just completed my 15th year as a Resident Director!

What you love about Bryan and its students: I appreciate the fact that Bryan is willing to hold students accountable to what the students say they want. There are some schools that say they want students to behave a certain way, but they are not willing to stand firm on what it takes for that to happen.
