Students in Free Enterprise
SIFE, Students In Free Enterprise, is an internationally established organization that strives to get college students from all majors—not just business students—involved with various projects that help better their communities either by working with individiuals or businesses. SIFE members work on their projects throughout the school year and then present their work before a panel of judges in the spring regional competition. The team that comes in first place advances to nationals.
SIFE is sponsored and highly acclaimed by several prestigious organizations such as USAToday, Wal-Mart, Coca Cola, Hershey’s, 3M, DELL, Tiger Woods Foundation, The Goldman Sachs Foundation, and many more. Students involved with SIFE not only create a more competitive résumé by listing their involvement with SIFE but also get the opportunity to connect with many top company leaders and influential people in the nation at the competitions.
