The Men's Soccer team recently released its Fall 2010 Schedule that includes two pre-season scrimmages at home against Freed-Hardeman University and in Cleveland, TN, against Lee University, followed by an 18-game regular season.
The Lions finished the 2009 season strong with a record of 11-8, winning
the AAC Tournament and making it to the NAIA National Tournament.

The men start the regular season with three straight home games:
  • University of the Cumberlands (ranked #26 in the final NAIA Coaches' Poll)
  • The next two are the Bryan College Classic Invitational as the Lions will take on Cedarville University and Mid-Continent University

The Lions then hit the road for three straight away games:
  • Southern Polytechnic State University, who the Lions faced in the first round of the national tournament this past season
  • Asbury University
  • Trevecca Nazarene University
The team then kicks off conference play with two home games:
  • Montreat College, who the Lions defeated in the conference championship this past season
  • Tennessee Wesleyan College

The next two games scheduled are non-conference games.  The first is at home against Truett-McConnell College followed by a trip to Lookout Mountain where the Lions will take on the Scots of Covenant College.

On Saturday, October 2, the Lions will host conference opponent Virginia Intermont College for Homecoming.

The Lions then go on a rotation of conference and non-conference games against Union College, King College, Reinhardt College, Cumberland University, and Milligan College.

The last regular season non-conference games will be on the road against Carson-Newman College and Bluefield College.

The Lions will then look to make a run deep into the playoffs, as they hope to make it to Orange Beach, AL, where the NAIA National Tournament will take place.
