SEOG Grant
Requirements: Students that have a FAFSA EFC of 0
Details: The SEOG Grant is a Federal need based program that awards $1,000 to students that have a 0 Expected Family Contribution (EFC) on the FAFSA. This Grant will be awarded until funds have been depleted.

TEACH Grant
Requirements:Â Eligibility Information
Details: This Grant is awarded to students who are planning to teach in high-need subjects in designated Title I schools that serve low-income students.

Aspire Award
Requirements: Must meet the HOPE Scholarship requirements and must have parents’ or independent student’s and spouse’s adjusted gross income of $36,000 or less on IRS tax form
Details: The Aspire Award rewards students an extra scholarship on their HOPE Award if they meet the requirements. For more information, please click here. Amount – $1,500 per year + $4,000 HOPE Scholarship

General Assembly Merit Scholarship
Requirements:Â Minimum weighted 3.75Â GPA and 29 ACT
Details: The General Assembly Merit Scholarship is for entering freshman who have excelled in their TN high school. This scholarship is in conjunction with the TN HOPE Scholarship. For more information, please click here. Amount – $500 per semester

Minority Teaching Fellows Program
Requirements:Â Minority Student who is a high school senior or continuing college student. High School Senior: 2.75 GPA and 18 ACT/Top 25% in class. Continuing College Student: 2.5 GPA. Application Due: April 15th

Ned McWherter Scholarship
Requirements:Â Minimum 3.5 GPA and ACT/SAT Score in the Top 5% Nationally. Application Due: February 15th
Details: The Ned WcWherter Scholarship is a highly competitive scholarship to reward Tennessee students who finish in the Top 5% nationally on the ACT or SAT. A separate application is required. For more information, please click here. Amount – $6,000 per year

Tennessee HOPE Access Grant
Requirements: Minimum unweighted GPA 2.75 GPA and 18-20 ACT/860-970 SAT and must have parents’ or independent student’s and spouse’s adjusted gross income of $36,000 or less on IRS tax form
Details: The Tennessee HOPE Access Grant gives students an opportunity to qualify for the HOPE Scholarship after their first year if the renewal requirements are met. For more information, please click here. Amount – $1,250 per semester
