Requirements
Eighteen hours beyond PSY111 General Psychology are required for a minor in Soul Care:
- PSY 231 Introduction to Christian Soul Care (3 hours)
- PSY327 Methods & Models of Integration (3 hours)
- PSY328 Soul Care Counseling (3 hours)
- PSY422 Psychology of Christian Spirituality (3 hours)
- ONE of the following: (3 hours)
- CM123 Christian Spiritual Formation & Discipleship
- PSY431 Group Experience in Soul Care
- ONE of the following: (3 hours)
- PSY334 Social Psychology
- PSY426 Gender & Sexuality
Benefits of this Program
A minor in Soul Care allows students to receive practical training in stewardship and counseling while still pursuing a baccalaureate degree in another discipline.
