GivingTuesday is 1 Week Away

The best stories are not the ones where things are always easy. The best stories involve struggle. There need to be ups and downs, uncertainty about what’s next, and striving to overcome for the sake of a noble cause.

Financial difficulties through the depression, unexpected loss of classmates or beloved professors, and a fire that displaced classes for months are just a few of the struggles Bryan College has faced over the years. But there have also been many times to celebrate. Students worked outside of class time to build several buildings on campus, including Mercer Hall, the Octagon, and White Chapel. In December 1969, the college received accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Many students have come to know Christ while at Bryan, including 14 students at the beginning of this semester. Students have formed life-long friendships, faculty and staff have poured their lives into students, and alumni are making a difference around the world. Lives have been transformed.

One central theme is threaded through the ups and downs of the last 93 years: Christ Above All. No matter what, Bryan has and will continue to hold firm on the foundation of Scripture. We will continue to educate students to become servants of Christ to make a difference in today’s world. This is the legacy of Bryan College.

Join us on NOVEMBER 28th to participate in GivingTuesday and to hear stories of how God is working in the lives of our students! We have a matching donation of $15,000. When you give to Bryan students for GivingTuesday, your gift will be DOUBLED!
