Testing Center
The Bryan College ARC Testing Center is dedicated to serving students, faculty, and the community by providing a space and resources for the proctoring of various exams, located in Mercer 212E. Students and faculty can benefit from the in-house Proctoring Service free of charge, while various outside tests (such as CLEP) can be taken for a minimal fee.
Proctoring Tests — Proctoring is by appointment only, and all Testing appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead of time. The proctor will need to receive all testing materials and proctoring forms by the close of the business day prior to the scheduled test. Appointments may be made by emailing kswafford1857@bryan.edu OR by going to the ARC Test Site and creating an appointment in the Testing Center’s schedule.

CLEP is a 90-minute computer-based exam. On test day, a total of two hours will be required for the exam administration and registration process. A $30 non-refundable administration fee, payable online, or by check or cash (to Bryan), is required on the day that you take your CLEP exam.
TEST DATES: CLEP exams will be administered by appointment only and are administered in the Proctoring Office.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
TEST RESULTS: At the completion of the test, you will receive a copy of your exam results (unless you are taking an essay exam). An official score will be mailed to the institution that you designated within 10 days of the test administration.

NOTE: CLEP exams are by appointment only and can, potentially be scheduled during the Summer, as well as during the Spring and Fall terms. Please see the academic adviser before registering for a CLEP test.
